What is Personal Training? 

Personal Trainers (PTs) are qualified professional fitness instructors who provide their clients with custom-designed workouts to help them achieve their particular goals, whether that’s to build muscle, get toned, or simply to stay healthy and pain free.

Our team of Personal Trainers have outstanding generalist knowledge, enabling them to cater for clients of all ages, abilities and levels. More than this, our PTs are also experts in specialist disciplines, including boxing, running, pilates, and TRX training, helping you work towards your goals using fun, innovative, results-focused techniques. 

We are also able to create training schedules for particular concerns, such as back pain and post-natal needs, or help you achieve any specific athletic goals you may be reaching for. 

What We Offer 

One size doesn’t fit all, so we will complete a full physical assessment, looking at your exercise history, body type, lifestyle, food and hydration.  

This will allow us to create a bespoke training programme completely tailored to you and your needs, and to agree ambitious but achievable goals as a result. 

We’ll then be with you every step of the way, motivating you to hit your targets while creating permanent new habit change in the simplest way possible.

Staying fit has always massively important to me. I try to lead by example by setting goals and working hard to achieve them. I am a great motivator and have found lifelong friendships and personal fulfilment in the health and fitness industry, and cannot imagine a better job being able to share it with others.

Neilon, is a master bodyworker and the founder of BodyFirst. With 40 years of practice experience beginning with yoga and martial arts at just 10 years old, Neilon's approach is steeped in decades of learning, personal growth, and honing his craft. Now a personal trainer, AcroYoga teacher, Thai Yoga Massage therapist and martial arts instructor, he's been passionately teaching and coaching bodywork for the last 20 years.
