Amongst other amenities, Brighton Sea Lanes will include a 50 metre, Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool, food & drink outlets, and our very own SEAGYM, making it the perfect place to meet friends and enjoy beachside views while also getting to your peak health & fitness.

SEAGYM Brighton is run by three of the South East’s most dynamic fitness instructors, boasting 39 years experience between them, and each offering a range of unique group classes and personal training options.

No other gym in Brighton can match our winning combination of beach-front location, & expert trainers.

Outdoor Beachfront Gym Training in Partnership with Sea Lanes Brighton

Brought to you by the highly sought after team behind MNP Training, The Studio BTN, & Sussex Personal Training, SEAGYM Brighton is one of the U.K’s first outdoor beachfront training facilities, offering a wide range of group and personal training options.   Whether you’re soaking up the sun whilst practising pilates, or cooling down with a bracing sea breeze after boxing, nothing makes you feel more alive than improving your fitness outdoors while on Brighton’s famous shoreline.

We believe 1-2-1 training should be personalised in every respect. No matter your level of fitness or ability, we will create you an individualised programme to suit your needs and goals.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, become more agile, or boost your cardio, we’ll have you covered by one of our 20+ classes every week.

Led by our ultra-marathon competing trainer, our running club takes full advantage of Brighton’s stunning shoreline to make the most of every session.

Training need not be all about increased muscle mass or a faster running time. Your primary goal may simply be to live pain-free, which is why we offer classes in pilates, stretching and myofascial release (massage therapy alleviating knot tension).
