Our Group Classes are brought to you by The Studio BTN. First established in Barcelona in 2014, this award-winning fitness centre opened in Brighton in 2020, and is now proudly located at SEAGYM Brighton.   

We offer over 20 group training classes a week, using a wide variety of practices, from boxing and martial arts, through to pilates and Total Resistance Exercise (TRX) training.  

So no matter whether you’re a fitness addict wanting a new challenge set in a stunning seafront location, or you are new to training and simply looking to get a little fitter, we have classes for everyone.

Group Training Membership Packages

We aim to keep classes to a maximum of 12 people per each 50 minute session, allowing our trainers to give each student adequate attention and support.  

Drop-in Sessions - Wanting to keep things casual? No problem - book in for drop-in classes whenever you’re feeling pumped and simply pay as you go. Keep things more cost effective with our group training packages of 5 of 10 classes. 

Monthly Unlimited Membership - Ready to fully commit to your exercise goals? Sign up for our unlimited membership, allowing you to come to as many classes as you like on a rolling monthly plan.

What is TRX Training?

A deceptively simple design made up of two adjustable straps and handles, the TRX was first developed by US Navy SEALS in the ‘90s, who needed to stay at peak fitness while based in remote locations with limited workout equipment.  

Using nothing more than the TRX for suspension, your own bodyweight and core muscles then do all the hard work. With literally hundreds of exercise routines to choose from, the TRX is ideal for people of all levels, building strength, flexibility, and core stability, delivering results fast.

I’m a certified fitness and nutrition pro from the UK. Before my move into the fitness world 10 years ago I was in the corporate finance sector with bad posture, aches & pains and generally unhappy. At 30 years old I decided to turn my life around and qualified with distinction as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor at the European Institute of Fitness, and I’ve never looked back!

I thrive off seeing my clients grow & flourish, and I love to be able to help them fix their chronic aches & pains, along with giving their mental health a boost at the same time.

"After graduating from Greenwich University with a Bsc in Sports Science, I worked in the communities of Hackney & Tower hamlets as a rehabilitation manager, working closely with local physios to create an exercise on referral and moving with stroke programme’s. I then trained as a Pilates Instructor and set up my own company teaching Pilates in Brighton and London, which I have been doing for 10 years. I then completed a 2 year Pilates Equipment course with Evolve movement which has led to my current interest in moving fascia teachers training. My aim as a teacher is to encourage clients to feel their bodies in order to move more efficiently and with more ease."
