FAQs

Got a question? Maybe we can help you here...

What is SEAGYM Brighton?

SEAGYM Brighton will be part of the new mutli-million pound Sea Lanes Brighton complex. The site will include a 50m outdoor heated swimming pool, yoga studio, physiotherapist, outside beach bar, plus much more. Sea Gym will offer personal training sessions along with a variety of group fitness classes, on the beach!

When will you open?

We hope to open our new training facility in the first couple of weeks in May 2023, with the entire complex opening fully in the first week of June.

Can I use the space on my own?

No. You will need to book as part of a group training session, or attend the space with one of our fully qualified personal trainers. If you already have a Personal Trainer ask them about coming to train at our facilities.

Does membership include pool access?

No. Each of the businesses at Sea Lanes are small independent businesses, while the pool will be run by Freedom Leisure. Unlimited Group Training membership will include access to all our group fitness classes which will include TRX, BOXING & PILATES, 7 days a week. Please note there will be a 10GBP fee for failing to attend a class you have booked and not cancelled within the cancelation period.

What are your prices?

All our Personal Trainers are fully independent and self employed. Which means we all have different prices depending on a number of different factors, such as when and how many times a week you would like to train. Prices for group classes can be found HERE.

Can I bring my dog?

We love animals, as long as it is well behaved it will be welcome. We will ask you to take it home if it becomes disruptive to other users.
