SEAGYM Brighton is a  new and exciting health & fitness studio, based at Brighton’s most celebrated new venue - Sea Lanes, located on Madeira Drive.

Amongst other amenities, Brighton Sea Lanes includes a 50 metre, Olympic-sized outdoor swimming pool, food & drink outlets, and our very own SEAGYM, making it the perfect place to meet friends and enjoy beachside views while also getting to your peak health & fitness. 

SEAGYM Brighton is run by three of the South East’s most dynamic fitness instructors, boasting 39 years experience between them, and each offering a range of unique group classes and personal training options.
